Lower Than Atlantis released their latest new album, ‘Safe In Sound’ on 3rd February 2017 via Easy Life Records / Red Essential. At the same time they announced a eight-date tour around the UK, including a night at o2 Academy on March 10th, supported by Hands Like Houses and Roam
The rock four-piece recently debuted their new single ‘Had Enough’ taken from this their fifth album. ‘Had Enough’was named as Annie Mac’s ‘Hottest Record In The World’ on her Radio 1 show.
In addition to ‘Had Enough’, you can view previous tracks ‘Dumb’, which as shot on a 360 camera and ‘Work For It’ now. All are taken from the new album and follows on from the bands most successful album to date ‘Lower Than Atlantis’ released in 2014 which saw them achieve multiple BBC Radio 1 playlists, sell out tours globally and position the band at the forefront of UK rock music.
The band recently played in Europe with You Me At Six and are looking forward to starting their their headline UK tour this month. This will be their biggest tour to date and as well as dates in Birmingham and Manchester, sees them play London’s iconic Brixton Academy whilst bringing out support from Young Guns, Hands Like Houses and Roam for the ride.
Speaking about the upcoming live dates guitarist Mike Duce says: “ We’re headlining the biggest shows we’ve ever played so we’ve written what we think is a record big enough to be played in those venues.”
