Lisa Stansfield has announced a UK tour to mark the 30th Anniversary of her debut solo album “Affection”.   Good news for fans locally as she will be playing the Symphony Hall on Tuesday 29th October.

The multi-platinum album (which sold over 5 million copies) won three BRIT awards, 2 Ivor Novello Awards, a Silver Clef Award, and an ASCAP Award. With success overseas too, Lisa’s career rocketed and her unmistakable voice has been a constant presence on the dance floor and airwaves ever since.

Her voice is unmistakable.  One of the most charismatic performers we’ve reviewed at Birmingham Live, her last visit to the Symphony Hall was stunning and her return promises to be too.
