Gary Barlow @ Birmingham LG Arena – 8th April 2014

Take That’s frontman & songwriter, Gary Barlow, packed out Birmingham’s LG Arena with a set which included plenty of pop classics as well as several lesser known album tracks, many taken from his recent solo album, Since I Saw You Last.

The night included a variety of musical styles, from pure pop to acoustic and swing, all helped nicely by his accomplished nine-piece backing band.

He invited support act Eliza Doolittle on stage to join him for the uplifting Shine and even found time for a cover of his pal Robbie Williams hit, Candy, which Barlow co-wrote with Williams and Terje Olsen.
